Tristan worked at Streetcar (now Zipcar), based in London, within the marketing department as Membership Manager. He was involved in increasing revenue from the existing membership base through pro-active CRM processes and marketing. Additionally, he was responsible for project managing the marketing campaigns and in-house creative team. Below are a couple of examples of this work:

Location-based Poster

A poster showing how many Streetcars were near that particular tube station.

Engagement Postcard

A simple postcard to encourage the member to engage with Streetcar. They could draw on a picture of what they used a Streetcar for.

The postcards prompted many members to send back hand-drawn pictures of their journeys in a Streetcar. Some of the more interesting ones are shown below:
